Former Nigerian international, Musa Nosa Kadiri, has met his untimely death at the age of 53 after he died from bleeding in the brain as he fell from his New York apartment.
It has been revealed that he died on Friday, July 24 as he went into coma after suffering wounds from the accident.
A friend of his revealed that: “I’m surprised because I saw him Saturday or Sunday. We were going over some business he wanted to be done, and he looked fine.
“He had lost a bit of weight due to being hospitalised two weeks earlier. But he was his usual self, talking politics and plans. So, a day or two later, he was unresponsive and on life support. It’s hard to believe.”
The late Kadiri played in local teams, winning local and national leagues. He also had the opportunity to play in Europe before retiring into coaching.
